Does anyone know where to find a seat for this tractor? Every source I have found quit making them. We are restoring a tractor and the arm rests are in very bad condition but the backrest is still intact. Every thing is missing from the seat pan including the wood. All that’s left is the metal pan. Maybe someone local could make it but I don’t have much to pattern off of so I would like to find new.

Thanks for any help!

This person used to make them.  Don't know if she still does.

100_2605.JPG No help here, am looking for the same.  Mine not nearly as bad as you describe but does not enhance the rest of the work I did. Got a price from a local upholsterer @ nearly $300.  Will live with what I have for now but you appear to be in a bigger pickle.

Found this thread on another site which may be of interest.

Not sure if this is the same seat or not - could contact the seller as they may have other versions available -

Could also make your own if you have some time and patience with some guidance from this thread

Thanks y’all for the help! So Mary in Ohio does not make seats for that tractor. She does still make ones for the Big 10 and similar. Basically all the white seats were similar from what I am understanding. The B12 as in bumble bee decal had this seat and it was unique to that model. Tractorskipper that white seat Mary should be able to make. It cost me $100 including shipping for the one I order for my Big 10. That’s new plywood too. The B12 has a metal seat pan that was covered I believe now. There was nothing left of the material or foam when I got the tractor.

Also Speer cushion in Colorado is out of business. I also found that they might have been the original manufacturer of the seats.

Well I think I’m going to try someone local. We’ll see what happens but at this point its going to look too nice to not have a new seat.

I included some progress picture and a before picture. As you can see there’s not much left of the seat.

Looks like your back and the one arm rest are still in good enough shape to use as a pattern. Found a couple of links that appear to show a picture of an original style B-12 seat that may help you figure out what the pattern looked like on the lower cushion.  I am not a B-12 person so I cannot tell you if they are original or not but they do look like they may be

This link looks like it may have the original lower cushion but the arm rests and back look like they may have been recovered at some point??

This link shows a seat but not sure if the lower cushion has been recovered or is original??

Hope this helps you
