Hi guys new to the forum, I am looking into purchasing a 86 John Deere 330 diesel garden tractor with snowblower does anyone know if they still make parts for these? I don’t want to buy something that I might be stuck with not being able to find replacement parts

Deere still makes parts yet for the older tractors, but expect to pay for them. What you can't find from Deere you can get online. The 330 shares a lot of parts with the 322 and 332, also some of the other 300 series.  Congrats on getting a 330, they aren't very common.

If it's been cared for you probably won't be needing much for parts anyway. I believe the engine in those was made by Yanmar and should be excellent. I'm not a JD person but would strongly consider the tractor your looking at. 16 hp doesn't sound like a lot but that diesel will run right along side a 20hp gas and use only 1/3 the fuel.
