I've got a J70 tiller and a 1978 446 tractor that I picked up a few years ago.

1) Has anybody heard of or know if its possible to add onto the tiller to make it wider? All I want to do is make it approximately 6 inches wider so it sticks past each wheel.

2) The tiller is missing the drag plates. I was wondering if anybody knew the size of the drag plates so I could make a set?

Thanks in advance.

Ya mine works great, that was the reason I picked up the tractor was for the tiller.

Rock farmer, you mention factory extensions. How wide does that make your tiller now?

32” without extension

43” with.

so, it’s basically a 12” extension

I sent you pictures.
