Looking at purchasing this tractor for sale locally in my area. It has been repowered with a Hazard Freight motor and appears to had a fair share of “On the farm” type fixes done to her over the years. I’m looking for a project to restore. I’m fairly handy but this would be my first tractor restoration. I would try to acquire a period correct HH120 for it and go from there.
Looking for opinions on the condition and the parts and implements that are with it. It has the mower deck, tiller, and snow blower and a pile of misc parts. Thanks in advance. If I do go forward with the purchase I plan on starting a restoration Thread.

It's worth what a person is willing to pay for it. I would pay $300-$500 if the tiller was in working condition. I would prefer the original motor but if it ran I would buy it.

I paid $500 for a 12H last year with the deck, tiller, and snow blower. It also came with MF wheel weights and the power lift option, it was repowered with a OH140 Tec engine.

From the serial number it looks to be an early one. 1967 if I’m not mistaken.
Any recommendations on where to find a period correct motor?

Thanks for the reply fellas. He originally wanted $300 but a family friend convinced him it is worth more. I’m still trying to work something out.

Period correct HH120 engines are difficult to find around here. You may be better off looking for a parts tractor that has the Tec hh120 engine.

Nice. I would of paid that price. A month or two ago someone in Illinois was selling a 1967 MF10 for $75. It was non running and in rough shape I wanted it but it was too far for me to drive. He had it listed for quite awhile and when I last messaged him he decided to strip off as many parts as he could and scrap the rest. What a shame.
