Hello all. I am the proud owner of a Roper RT10 TO2211RO with TT2041R0. Today while mowing I heard a clanging sound coming from the deck. Stopped, pulled in the garage and found that oval shaped bushing/spacer that locks the blade to the spindle broke. I have had little luck finding much literature on my machine and I am hoping that someone here can help me find a manual, part, part number or any info to get my Roper mowing again. Attached is a photo of the part I need. Any help would be appreciated. I love this machine and would go as far as to drive a couple hundred miles and buy an entire tractor or deck to get it going again.

I actually have a few extra laying around with a set of new blades for that deck.
"But" I also have 2 complete tractors that they would go on. Haven't mowed with either for 25+ years.

P.S. I just Googled 1044r blade washer and they seem to be available a lot of places...

Outstanding! Thanks for the info 4getgto. Any chance you would want to sell your Ropers?

"Chuckling" actually ones a Sears ST10 which is pretty much identical to the Roper.
but no not interested in selling. Had them to long and getting rid of them now would serve no purpose to me. Had the Roper 45+ years and the Sears probably 30 years...

You're going to find those break relatively easy. Which is what they are suppose to do to prevent damage to the gear boxes. Stay away from rocks and stumps and you'll be good.
