I have a few different breeds, but I'm a big fan of Kohlers, especially the KT II.
I like the lower rpm's of these older ones.

3 - Kohler KT's series I & II both 17hp & 16hp
1 - Kohler 22hp
1 - Briggs 11hp
1 - Onan P220 20hp (not running looking for ignition module)
1 - Briggs 8hp
1 - Briggs vtwin 14hp

I think that it. Just like Achto says it could change at anytime.

2 - Wisconsin  TRA12D

1 -- Briggs I/C Vanguard 16hp

3 - Kohler K532 20hp

3 - Kohler K582 23hp

That's enough to keep up maintenance on for now. All very good motors.

I am partial to the Kohler "K" engines, good power and easy to work on. Also have tractors with Kohler vertical shaft and a couple of B&Ss and Tecumseh

Wagner Little Giant 8hp cast briggs. All original.

CC 1440 freshly rebuilt 16hp briggs vanguard. Originally had a tired 14hp vanguard with over 2600 hours on it. Ran but smoked and rattled pretty bad.

CC 1541 18hp Kohler Magnum currently has 2400 hours on it but it's still running smooth and strong.

Sold my other GTs. Not enough storage.

My 140 has a K241, which will eventually be bored out to a K301.

My 317 has a magnum 18.

My Snapper YT18 has a Magnum 14.

My Burns is currently engine-less, but it's getting an 8 horse briggs.
