Got the valves lapped, intake cleaned, lash set. Was leaking pretty bad, and valves were set to 0"(intake) and .005" (exhaust). Got then set to .008" and .017" respectively.

Got Larry back together. Got too dark and dinner was ready so couldn't get him ready last night. Much nicer today, so perfect weather to get a 140 running.

Well... I might've waited just a bit to get Larry going.

I haven't touched him, except for pushing him to the back of the shed. today I ended up pulling him out and seeing I could try to see if his running issue was carb, spark, or compression. I tried for a while to get him to run and nothing happened, he just would do nothing and I was thinking he wouldn't do anything. I played with the plug and the points, but nothing happened, so I tried just opened the throttle and he suddenly popped off and started up. He runs, and I'm happy.
