As some of you know, I am trying to sell away some of the restoration projects that I know will never get accomplished by me. The tractors will only go to heck in a handbasket sitting in an open face shed.
This Cub Cadet 1450 was one that I bought with the idea of actually keeping. I wanted a tractor that was big enough to use as a shop mule but also had all the attachments that I would ever need. I changed my mind because (for one) I actually need something with a front end loader and forks.
I bought the tractor from the original owner's nephew. The nephew had it only hooked to the tiller.
The 1450 has the Kohler K321 quiet line engine. It runs great. I rebuilt the carburetor, ignition system (coil, condenser, points, plug wiring, etc) and serviced the entire unit. It does want to vibrate a little bit. The engine mounts may be going out, but it really only does it at idle. It smooths out at higher RPM.
The attachments:
~Tiller
~Mowing deck
~Snow blade
~Snow blower
~Brinly Hardy one bottom plow
~Sleeve hitch assembly
~Wheel weights
~Tire chains
The tractor comes with all the manuals, too!
All the attachments are in great shape. I hooked up the tiller and used it. I did not hook up the mower deck, but from spinning the bearings it feels and sounds smooth as silk. I don't see any reason for the snowblower to have any issues. The paint is barely worn off the auger.
I am asking $1900 for the whole package. I can help with delivery for a little something depending on how far we need to go.
