This may seem stupid but I will ask anyway
Is the transmission in a MF10 the same transmission used in the MF1200?
The 1200 has a 4 speed peerless and the MF 10 also has a 4 speed. I am just curious if they are interchangeable.

I think they are the same transmission.I know the shifters are different.

I just looked it up.The casings are the same so it will bolt up.The actual transmission has a different part #.Why,i don't know,maybe different gears inside or maybe the different shifter,or different brake pully or drive pulley.I didn't dig that far into it.
