I saw this on the Phoenix, AZ Craig's List. It's located in Springerville.  I've heard of the Root Palomino, but not this one...

That is a rare machine. I know of a restored one. Very cool old tractors.

Nice! I've never heard of that brand up here. It looks like a tractor equipped to work.  Rear lift and what looks like a belt driven front PTO

That's a cool old tractor. I don't think I've ever seen another one for sale before. A member over on MTF has a restored one though.

The brand is"ROOF" NOT "ROOT"
Roof mowers used to be made an hour away from me. I want to find another of their push mowers or 2, never seen one built so well. I just got rid of mine after 20+ years and 3 engines worth of mowing, and it wasn't new when I got it either. Unfortunately it just rotted out in the last 2 years, the engine was finally ready to fall out thru the middle. But that mower mowed aLOT more than just my yard over the years, every year I was replacing 2 wheels on it, and those were the ones with the steel hub and ball bearings not the cheapie plastic ones, to give an idea how much this thing got used and abused
