made a new swivel for the mower deck and finally mounted the pulleys

Still waiting for the new rear tires to come on but thought id show where im at now with it.

Put her to work plowing the garden immediately following the snow melt.  Actually came out better than dry (no sod clumps).  Little tractor sunk to the axles at the end where I'd been dumping my stove ash all winter, it was quite soupy there.  She clawed right out, left it in 2nd gear the entire time.  I'll be using another tractor with a box grader to smooth out the ashed end to let my lawn retake about 7 ft on that end.
