I was talking with my Sister today and she will probably be served this week with the papers.

Her husband of 32 years has decided he didn't want to be married anymore. My sister has moved out, and he has changed the locks on the house, and moved his girlfriend in. He has hacked her computer accounts and keeping track of her movements, and who she talks to and where she goes. He has created accounts her her on dating sites trying to make it look like she was cheating on him.

He didn't have a job for 7 years, he was suppose to be working out of his shop in the back yard, but I guess there wasn't enough money coming in so, she told him he had to get a job. He does auto body work.

I guess he's hiding stuff so the attorneys don't find it. My sister has been making the house payment and paying the bills for the last few years. And he has been sleeping around and visiting the Casino.

This is going to get nasty.

Sad to hear Tec, but definately time to keep cool heads and let him continue to make the mistakes. Karma has a way of evening stuff up.

She should have stayed in the house till the papers were served and made him miserable.  Now he's building a case against her for infidelity and abandonment.  Tell her to lawyer up quick!

I hope all goes well for your sister! I have been down this road myself (2x's) and it can get ugly. We are here for you need to vent or talk. Hang in there.And keep us updated.

Seems HE should have moved out, if she has been keeping the place going! She needs a good lawyer and HE will be looking for a diff place if she can afford to buy back his half. Otherwise it will be sold and split the money. Apparently HE is not going to have much money to buy from Her. Maybe OK is much diff than IN, but seems he is in the wrong!

If she comes up with a good lawyer and she can prove she has been the provider they stand a good chance making good on things.

I've beeen through it twice.First wife cheated and second had a double severe jealously problem . A good lawyer will pay off.

Yep, been there done that.  Divorce is seldom friendly and equatable and the worse part is it is usually the kids who get caught up in the middle.  The good thing is that down the road of time things won't seem as bad as they do now.
