I seen this and thought it was funny, and oddly enough......it's actually pretty accurate.......
I almost made a few dead bodies out of joggers today. The HS cross country team likes to run on a few of the roads I take to and from work. Today (26 deg and partial snow pack on the roads) I met a runner and an oncoming car at the top of 2 different hills on the way home. They run early in the morning too. I have paced cops and school busses doing 45 -50 on these roads(speed limit 35) and locals doing 60+

ouch.....thats taking some serious risks...sounds like NY driving...we drop below 60mph when there's gettin near 5-6 inches on the roads.....
