Well, we did it! We are all moved into the new place, and have settled on the old place. We had 33 friends, relatives and neighbors help us get everything moved last Saturday, the 22nd. It couldn't have went any better than it did. The house is pretty much organized other than unpacking a few boxes yet, but the garage is a night mare! Can't get from the man door to the garage doors. I was planning on organizing it today and tomorrow, but I had a little mishap Thursday night while moving my farm tractor. We were trying to push the farm tractor up to the garage door, when I felt something pop and shread in my right calf. Turns out, I split my calf muscle and will be out of commission for 6-8 weeks. I wish it wouldn't have happened, but I'm glad it happened now instead of last Saturday on moving day.

 

The house still doesn't feel like it's ours yet, but I think that will change as we get more and more stuff unpacked. Glad to be moved, and Thankful again for all of the support that it took to get us here!

Good deal on the move, sorry to hear of the torn muscle!  Some guys will do anything for time off!     Hope it heals in a speedy fashion Troy!

Thanks guys. The real bummer of the whole ordeal is, we got about 4" of snow today, and I can't be out there getting some seat time!

Congrats on getting moved in Troy, I can't believe you messed up your leg and can't blow or push any snow. I PRAY you get healed up quickly and enjoy the BLESSING of your new home.

We are slow at work right now, so the boss's informed me last month, that starting December 1st, I will only be working three days a week, at least until things pick up a little better. I was actually looking forward to having four days off so that I could get everything unpacked and organized, but now I can't even chase the wife around the house while the kids are at school.

 I know how you feel Troy, That was how I felt when I moved to my new place last year. And Im still not fully setteled . the wife and I are constantly making changes , but after every change it seems to feel more and more like home. And now with the newest family member Nikolas (born 12-06-12) it is getting there.

 

 Take it easy on that leg, you don't want to make it worse!!!

Great to hear your all moved in,Sorry to hear you are laid up now Troy take it easy for a little bit let it heal up.I know your how you feel also win I had my first

 back surgery we had a big snow this was 3 years ago all I could do was watch out the window.I had a blower a blade for my Deere's and a 3/4 ton truck with a Boss v blade. Wish you a speedy recovery Troy and time will make it a home {Home's have memories takes a little while for them to be there}But they will come.

Don't think of yourself as out of commission, think of it as a promotion to supervisor
And since you can't chase the wife, maybe you can convince her to chase you...
