I'm pretty excited.

It's been a year and a half since I completed this resto. 

I'm finally getting ELF out of Massey Hall

and taking it to it's first tractor show.

We leave in the morning and are heading to Cochranton Pa. to the Summer Show.

Wow that looks great, and I' m intrigued at a few points which your pictures show but not the detail. I'm also busy with a rebuild in Cape Town South Africa where I know of 6 Gutties 1030's and 1032's ( basically the same as yours but with a slightly larger engine in the 1032 and the clutch is a Sachs K160 (160mm) vs yours being a Sachs 140(mm) version in the 1030 which were remodeled as the MF Elf.

 

The pictures you show of the clutch show in the distance what could be a SKF package for the release bearing.... do you have the product code please.

Then I'm also busy with an engine transplant (as mine was stolen and sold for scrap I suspect) fitting a Honda 390 knockoff and am intrigued at the installation. would love to discuss more on that.

I sourced it in Germany. These people have a web site as well, with

other clutch parts.
