Engine output shaft carries twin belts for the snowblower driveshaft, which can be seen at the bottom of the picture. A single belt runs down from the engine output shaft to a right angle gearbox that translates power from a horizontal to a vertical shaft, from which another v-belt runs forward to the hydro trans. The gearbox hangs under the chassis - a few of the mounting bolts are visible just to the left of the seat stand.
