My 1964 Simplicity Landlord Garden Tractor “Ray’s Tractor”

We are kept alive through our family & those who remember us. Ray has every reason to smile, his memory will be around for a good, long time. Very nice article, Jim

That was a great article
Yes, a VERY nice article! Thanks for sharing it with us Jim!
You did good "Doc" Hanna. My old pal Ray LaCroix is looking down with approval for sure
I enjoyed your article very much. My wifes grandfather, who is 90, has a Simplicity 700 that he still uses, when he is able. His father bought the tractor brand new with a few attachments. Maybe someday I will be able to restore it

That is one awesome article. Simplicity is such a great tractor brand...one that we just don't hear enough about. Thanks for sharing!
That's a fine looking restoration! Great work Jim! I'm sure that Ray would be proud of what you've accomplished with his tractor! Thank you also, for that great piece of writing and for letting us in on such a fantastic story!
Great piece! I owned this exact same tractor for about a year. I bought it from a neighbor that attempted a restore on it but aborted the project. It came with the tiller, mower, snow blade, plow, cultivator and lawn roller for $500. Best investment EVER!!!
I did some minor tune up work on it and listed it on Craigslist the following season. A small organic farmer from the west side of MI bought it for $1000 and was happy to pay it. Now, I wish I would have kept it. What a great tractor!
Thanks for the wonderful story, Jim. It's inspiring to read stories that show peoples appriciation for the machinery they are working on and the people who have helped them along the way
very nice tractor! I'm sure he would be proud of the work you did. I have one that looks just like it, in your adventures would you have any ideas on where I could find a snowthrower to fit mine. Thanks in advance for any help
I was wondering if you could tell me the model # of the snow thrower
