Out walking around with the walker tonight. She said the pain is up there a little, but the pills are dealing with it. Her voice sounds great and she said she's doing very well.

Thanks for the well wishes and support guys.

Good to hear she is up and about. Just keep her out of the marathons for a few more days.

Glad to hear the recovery is going well Alan. Amazing how nowadays they don't waste anytime getting folks up and about after operations.

Glad that she's home! Tell her to be careful jumping over the 12' fences with those new bionics! Hope that she's feeling better soon!

Glad to hear all is going well. My Mom had it done several years ago and she said she couldn't believe how much better she felt after. She had trouble walking and had to use a walker. After the replacement, she started walking at the mall in the mornings and even started bowling again.
