Nice truck and low mileage. I had a 93 and sold it to a friend about 4 years ago when I bought my 2000 Ram with a Cummins.
Talked with him yesterday and he tells me he love it. Had 278,000 turns on it and a Jasper motor at 200,000. My ram has 380,000 on it right now.

I would hope to expect more than 200,000 miles out of this truck. Do you know what prompted an engine replacement in his/your truck?

Wanna hear something good?

As previously stated in this thread, I'm in the process of getting a new-to-me pickup, and was wanting to sell my Windstar van. Well, I place a CL ad the other day and had received a grand total of ZERO calls on it. Today, I came home for lunch (driving the van) and saw my neighbor and his brother in neighbor's front yard, so I went to talk to them. During the conversation, I mentioned that I was trying to sell the van. Neighbor asked what I wanted for it, and I told him $2K. He said, "I'll write you a check right now for $2K." He has a step-son that needs a vehicle, and neighbor was just about to spend $10K on another vehicle for him. So, this saved him $8K, and now I'm van-less!!!! Now, just waiting to go get my pickup!

That's great! Hope you still have transportation until you get the pickup.

Yes, we have wife's car, so we'll manage for a few days. Ideally, I would have liked to have held on to the van until the truck was here, but I figured I had better jump on his offer. My head was still spinning from hearing, "I'll give you $2K right now!"

I really like it! It is in very good shape. Just needed/still needs a little TLC, and I'll change all of the fluids, just so I know when it's all been done. Drives like a dream!
