Guys, isn't this a fogger unit bolted on the hood of this tractor?

That most likely is a Blitz Fogger accessory. I have seen these in brochures used on Bolens.
Basically the tank is mounted to the hood and a line runs down the side of the hood and drips on the muffler.

I dont know about the newer sears tractors, but the old ones foggers mounted under the hood and a line with a valve ran to the muffler. There was a fitting that poked into the muffler and the spray, mostly DDT, went though the muffler and was propelled out forwards wit hthe exhaust. I alway thought this to be the dumbest thing ever. Who is there right mind wants to drive though a fog of chemicals.

Most of these foggers didnt last long as the chemicals eats the tank and the exhaust eats the fittings. Ussally when you find one its new in a box, and pricey.
