That thing is pretty much junk. Its not a rider, its home made from a walker. I studied the pic after it came out and see all sorts of non db part. Another case of people being caught in gold rush fever.

That person has been trying to sell that "rig" all year. It has been posted multiple times on the NH Craigs List at about the same $$ if I remember correctly.....
It looks like something my BIL would drag home 'cause the scrappers didn't want it:D

Thats one of the worst piles of rust I've seen. I think it may win my award for most outrageous price for scrap!
