These are excel files that a member here, Kenneth D, has created. He gave me permission to load them here. First is a Tractor Project Log, for tracking parts and repairs for your latest tractor project.

Tractor Project Log - Manuals - Garden Tractor Talk - Forums

Second is a Maintenance Log for your tractors, decks, front blades, snow blowers, and additional equipment.

Be sure you click "Enable Macros" when that window pops up when you open the files. These are interactive excel files to help you track your equipment. Thanks, Kenneth D.

Thanks! For a while there I was trying to figure out when I did those. My middle initial is D. Glad to find out I don't have a split personality. LOL

I hit the 'enable macros' but can't get anything to come up. Get an error message, have to use task manager to shut it down. What am I doing wrong? By the way, I have Office 2000 Pro.

You are ALL very welcome for the spreadsheets! I really enjoy building things like that - my type "A" personality showing through I guess :smile1:. It was Tmo's idea and very kind of him to approach me about uploading them for everyone's use here on GTtalk. If anyone has anything they would like to add or see something that may be missing from the spreadsheets just let me know my email address is at the bottom of each of the sheet's cover pages in the lower right hand corner just click.

As Tmo mentioned, there are macros built into the Machinery Maintenance Records spreadsheets but they're only the "Clear Content" buttons you see on the Info. Page. I went back and forth on removing those buttons but as you can see they stayed. If they become a nuisance be sure to tell me and I'll remove them and have Tmo upload a new version without the buttons.

I built the spreadsheets in Microsoft Office XP Pro - so as known Microsoft really doesn't produce backward compatible software outright - it's a business thing ya know. I would visit Microsoft's website and download the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack. Hope this helps.

Kenneth,
First, thanks for creating these files and also thanks for allowing them to be posted here. Also thanks for sending me the cover images - I added them to the files. I have a Mac at home and Neoffice didn't like these excel files, so you sending me the images was great.

I also just now uploaded my drawings for the integral hitches, one for the round fender tractors, and one for the square fender tractors. These are my drawings, and are not from JD.
