A good friend of mine has been eyeing up the GT's in my shed for the last 2 years. Everytime he's over, we seem to end up having a beer in the shed and he's always asking about GT's.

I told him I like the Deeres and the Bolens. I like how a GT can lighten the work load around the property. Anyway it was his B-day last week. He call me up to come over for a beer. said he be in the shed.

Anyway I get there, and theres a very nice H14 in his shed now. "What do you think of my b-day present to myself"

Anyway, just thought I would share, didn't have my phone or I would have snapped some pics. His is in better shape than mine, more orginal, more attention to repairs, etc,

Good work Jehtro! For every guy converted, that's at the very least one GT that is saved!

Another person admits he has an addiction he didn't even know he had.

Good work, there's another one saved.

Good job on the conversion! If he's a painter, maybe you could swap services and have yours looking great too LOL!

Get your bud to join GTT.
We'd like to see pics of both tractors.

Then tell him since it's his 1st GT he's painted, that you'll offer yours as a practice tractor! .... And that you'll do this for him for free even! LOL

I just got into the Gt's recently myself. My friends and I are muscle car fanatics. When I mention my new hobby they just laugh...Maybe some day they won't laugh. Congrats on the newest convert.

Good job, Jethro. I agree with Daniel. Offering yours for practice, plus helping take his apart for the paint job.

Well done Jethro. I think a lot of guys who would have had GT's on their small properties have blown their money on ATV's instead. A common excuse to convince the wife is "and I can use it to plow the driveway ". I had a neighbour like that. Good job Cityboy on demonstrating the versatility of a GT.
