Very cool! Looks like it does a good job. How much do you mow with it, or is it for trimming?

How do you keep it from digging in at the front without wheels up there. I'd be worried it would be hitting the ground on rough sections.

Neat Idea. It looks like that's a "Practice Makes perfect" machine.
Couple of questions:
How long is your extension cord?
How long did it start out being & how many times have you "trimmed" it? :D

Wow , that's some electric motor you mounted on your home made mower !!!! How many horsepower is it ? Al

The mower is working well.I mowed the grass around the garden.It is convenient to work on uneven sites.

0.7 kW electric motor is 3000 rpm

Extension cord consists of four parts. The total length of 328 feet.Once you "trimmed" it:pushmower:

Thats really cool - i used to have a GE electrack tractor - was super quiet till the deck was engaged - it ran off 6 deep cycle vehicle batteries - ended up selling it after i bent one of the deck motors - kick myself for not keeping it .
