My wife's Great Aunt has been very ill with pancreatic cancer. We were at my inlaw's today & they said she was in grave condition. We all went to visit her, but she was not aware of anything....struggling to breathe. I know teresa hated to see her that way, but I told her we should go regardless before it was too late. We went to see her at 4:30 this afternoon. We just got the call she had passed on just before 9pm. Glad we all went. She lived many years, as she was 81, but hate to see her go just the same. Not the best thing to happen on Mother's Day, especially for her Daughter & husband. I worry about him now as he's in fragile condition also.

Just Monday she was riding with her Husband Bill on their "Gator" utility vehicle. She went down real fast this past week. Glad for her she didn't linger. I wasn't what you call close to her, but she was a sweet woman for sure. I know Bill much better & really worry about him now. My FIL checked on them every day for a few years now, and will continue to check on Bill. Great people!

I am very sorry to hear of the loss. It is a good thing you got to visit that one last time. The good thing is she is in a better place with no pain. I hope her husband does alright. Our prayers go out to everyone.

You know, most don't like to say anything bad of the dead, but it would be impossible for anyone to say anything bad of Susie. Her & Bill have always been as good a people as you could hope to meet. Hate to see people like that leave this earth. We could use more people like them. Yes, she is in a better place!

That is truly a shame, sorry to hear Dan. As you said, at least she didn't linger... she's in a better place now. Her husband and family will be in our thoughts.

I am sorry to hear of your wife's great Aunt passing away. No matter what the circumstances it doesn't make it any easier when a family member passes. Your family will be in our thoughts and prayers Daniel.
