My quest to find another MF10/12 got a little better yesterday. I picked up 2 MF12H's another deck and a blade right down the road. The guy had taken them apart to "restore" them, I think they both can be put back together, I'll have to see if I can post up pics of the poor machines later today.

I thought it would cut down on mowing time and it would be easier for the wife to use.

Nice, and the hydro helps alot when your mowing. It makes it alot faster.

I had a minute to sort of reassemble the tractors and shot a few photos this afternoon. I need to do a more thorough evaluation of what parts I do/don't have, that are in tubs and buckets. It appears I need 2 steering wheels, 1 steering gear and the drag link, 1 sheet metal cover that is ahead of the seat, and the cover for the hood latch area. I want to put both of them back to running. They aren't perfect by any means....

It looks like you have a good start to a fun project. If nothing elese you have most of one and a parts tractor for now. Nice find and have fun with it. Thanks for the pictures!
