When does this officially end, midnight? I already have all of my fingernails chewed off, and I really don't want to start biting my toenails. This has got to be the closest voting poll in the GTtalk history.

Please, no more votes for that puny Massey 7 -- really -- what a punky litle tractor that is! Not even Christmas related! It sure didn't get MY vote! (tee hee hee)
Thanks for the votes, guys. :)

I think that JD Patio story is gonna WIN!

Congrats Troy! I also thought the story behind the pictures was very touching but sad. Good that you still have those special memories.

Merry Christmas to all!

Thanks everyone! As my story stated, I wasn't looking or expecting to win, but as the time drew closer to being finalized, I really started getting excited. I still think the other entries were more deserving than mine, but I appreciate all the votes. Not sure what I do from here, so I'm hoping someone will give me a little clarification as to what happens next.

With this win, I know Christmas will be even more special, as my Dad doesn't know that I entered this display in the contest. Won't he be surprised when he opens up the LAGC magazine, and see's the article. I just hope it serves as a reminder to him, that even though Mom is gone from our present natural life, and that we have moved on with our lives, we can still have these types of little things, (article) to show us that, Mom is still very much a part of lives, and that she will always be there reminding us of all of our special times we shared together, as a family.

Thanks again to everyone who voted for my entry, and making this a very cherished win and truely a very merry Christmas. Your friendship as Brothers and Sisters really means more to me than words could ever say!

Take Care,
Troy

Troy, CONGRATULATIONS on the BIG WIN!! Your story is very deserving of this honor. Don't worry about doing anything else, I take care of getting the to Kate, and it will be my honor to submit yours, my Friend.. Your Dad is going to be so surprised when he see the story. Again, Congratulations!!
