Is a fatty an acceptable Mother's day present? lol

Stuffed with Pizza toppings, rolled up and ready for the smoker. I just noticed I messed up the bacon weave. ooops

Looks very good. An Italian sausage/pizza filled fattie is always a hit here too. :beerchug:

I love fatties. One of my favorite things to smoke.

Those look really good.

I'm not sure if that's an appropriate gift or not. To be sure before next year, drop a few off at my place & later I'll send you an investigative report on them! LOL

You can make them however you want. I like to start with a pound roll of Tennessee Pride breakfast sausage, then chop some pepperoni up and mix it with about a 1/3 of a pack of cream cheese. Then flatten out the sausage and roll it back up into a log around the cream cheese. Smoke until the sausage is cooked. let rest for 15 min and then slice and enjoy.
