 primfolk Welcome to GTTalk! I looked around a bit and could not locate the manual that you need. there are quite a few guys on here who have extensive knowledge of Wheel Horses and I'm sure that they'll be along soon. I hope that you can find it. We are glad to have you here with us. thanks for signing up!

I'll second the :welcome: and also add that if you have a specific question, these guys are really smart, one of them may know it off the top of their head. Also, if you have a picture, we'd love to see your Horse.

The WH Manuals Groups do not have the 1970 1-7255 manual but you can download the 1969 manual from Toro
https://lookup3.toro...est/request.cfm
Use 1-7245 for a model number and the word none for a serial number.
(You could order the 1-7255 here also. If that does not work use the Contact Us and give them a call using the 800 number.)

They use a different engine spec number but the same breakerless ignition, 10 amp charging system, Bendix starter, hydro transmission and ignition switch so the wiring should be the same.

The Electro 12 is the same as a Charger 12 with an electic pto clutch - hense the name.

I have back tore apart,I went pull a wheel off and the axle started coming out so I stopped, that's why I needed the manuals. I have split the rear end, if any body has any tricks or no no,s it would be apreciated. Thanks for my welcome here.

You can download the illustrated parts list from
https://lookup3.toro...fm?xCaller=Toro
Enter your 1-7255 model number and the next page has a link to the ipl's. After a page opens you can click on a small printer icon at the top left of the illustration. The page will reload to one you can print. The parts lists here are terrible. Better ones are here
Lawn Mower Parts, Small Engine Parts & Much More! | PartsTree.com - Briggs, MTD, Toro, Cub Cadet, Husqvarna, Troy-bilt...
Type Toro in the 2nd box and the 1-7255 model number in the 3rd box. The parts that are priced are still available from any Toro dealer. Have never found a good way to print these pages.

The picture is printable, the parts list doesn't seem to be able to be extracted without printing a few lines at a time.

If you right click in the picture, it will allow you to save it. Then you can open it as a ".php" file. If you don't have MS Image Editor, you must use something like Gimp to open & print.
