I picked up an HT20D engine today. It came with the wiring harness, exhaust, starter, frame rails and the cold weather start kit. The engine doesnt run but i think its just a matter of resetting the crank gear. Worst case i have a complete parts engine.

I also picked up a rolling HT20. Ill probably put the diesel into this tractor even though it wont have the 2 speed rear if i get it running.
I keep buying more projects! Im going to have to control these impulse buys for a while and actually finish something.

You can never have too many diesels. Keep looking and buying. Life is too short to die unhappy.:smile1:

That'll be cool if you can get that diesel running.

Have yet to touch it. ill get around to it one day

im working on adding thermostart to the HT20D for cold weather starting . I removed the plug in the intake and the thermostart screwed right in. Wiring it through a relay and it should be ready to go

i wanted the whole tractor but he already had it sold. the only way i could get it was if i found an ht23 to trade him before he stripped it down. that never happened so i figured the next best thing is to get everything diesel related from that tractor.

Hi

I have a bolens ht 22 and its very hard to start in cold weather,,  Its written in this topic something about cold weather starting kit, whats that? how does it working? when I am starting the bolens in cold wheather I put a tarpaulin over it and heat it up whit a heat fan, its works but it takes very long time,, It would be great to install a engine heater or a cold weather starting kit..

/ Dag
