I had a thought today at work, how hard is it to have a live web cam setup for the gt talk area that way the members that can not make it will be able to check it out?

Im sure it could be done, but im also sure one would have to get the ok of the powers in charge, as they would own all the rights to broadcast something from there show.

Hey guys, if you want a hotel room, better get one reserved. The Quality Inn North is booked solid already. Get your hotel room reserved asap!
The Super 8 has just a few rooms left. I just reserved mine.

I am not sure if the family will be with me or if I will have my 4 year old co-pilot with me. I may get a room or a might just crash in tent or the bed of the truck.

That was my idea, but Teresa kinda frowned. Being it's our 19th anniversary on the 12th.....used my noggin & reserved a room!

Oh come on, wheres her sence of adventure, cant talk about tractors all nite sitting in the hotel. We could just get a couple of horse trailers side by side and put a tarp acrosst between them. Be just like a hotel.

We will be at the show. I made reservations for my wife and I and also for George and his wife. I found a motel that offered two room suites that will cost us less than renting two individual rooms.I made these back on March 5th. I also rented a car today for the trip. Drive their vehicle and if it breaks down, give them a call and tell them to send another. I am looking forward to seeing as many members as possible at the show.

Well guys its now less than 30 days before this show, any more, new or last minute details.

Still wondering if the camp grounds has electric, or showers. Is there food on the grounds? Are we going to display as a group or is everyone just on there own?

I think it was Kate who posted something about camping on facebook, but now I can't find it. I know she said there was limited free camp site with electric, but there was some 4h camps site available, but I dont remember what the cost was.

Tractorchick: care to respond?

Guys they have free camping for exhibitors, but only 75 spots have electric and it's first come first serve!

They also have camping for ~$30/night there on the grounds with full hook up, wi-fi, laundry, bathrooms with showers. You can make a reservation 3 weeks in advance, 812-867-6217.

The charge to attend the show is $4, if you are an exhibitor it is free for up to 2 people per display.

We will have a garden tractor rodeo and pulls.

Yes, we will have a GTTalk tent too! but it is only 10 x 20 and that will be for George and Brian. It will have a banner on it! Look for it, a white tent.
