It says in the manual download that there is an optional 5.5mm head, and that would quite easily fit through any size spark plug hole.

I have not been impressed with them. If they do not fit a spark plug hole it kind of limit there uses.
I would try one out first. Our Snap-On has been the best I have seen yet but they are pricey.

Whenever I have been in NAPA lately I've been playing with there inspection camera. I believe it's an AC Delco model and appears to have a small enough end for cylinder inspection. About $150 I think.

jdslednut is this teh AC Delco camera you where using ? Priced from $112 -$139 It has a small camera head but the mirror , hook tool and magnet pick-up are $23 extra. olcowhand mentioned a option 5.5 mm head , I'll have to try to find out how much that would be before I chose , Al

Likely better to spend the extra $'s and get the higher quality Delco unit.

I didnt buy the $100 HF one for the same reason. I got the dee lux model for $200. But it has the biggest and nicest screen under about $800/900. Records pictures and video. Adjustable light, rechargeable battery, etc And seems much heavier built

Talked my boss into getting the AC Delco camera for work , seems to work very nice but I think if I would by one for myself I would spend a little more and get the HF one mikebramel recommended which has more features and , inspection mirror and pick-up tools .
