yes currently I do only because I am planning on a repaint and never got around to cleaning the tin once it was off durring the original rebuild (has about a 1/8" to 1/4" of build up from the oil leak at the seal right behind the flywheel I found).  The air intake on this one is enclosed with the extention you can move around.  So durring the winter I adjust it over to right above the exhaust connection of one of the heads so it has a warm air intake persay durring the cold weather months.

Hopefully going to paint this spring but I have a feeling life is going to get in the way all to soon.  next kiddo is due here in about 3 weeks (that will make 3 under the age of 3).....if you cannot feel my stress....how about now....and now....and now I'm about to fall over at my desk of a heart attack.  Kids are the biggest blessing in the world but I truly think it is God's way of testing us every day.  I always tell my wife I am praying for a gental heart, as I currently think I should have to say something one time and one time only (this works great with a 2 1/2 year old and a 16 month old), and she keeps saying that God is just giving me more opportunities  .

Back to the topic, I also like the look somewhat as well.

It was a ton of fun!

hope that the 66' 110 you sold wasn't the only running one you had with a blade.  shoveling snow is only fun for the first scoop or two :(

It was.  The 120 is slowly going back together and I need to get a blade for it to go along with the model 49 blower.  My driveway and sidewalks did not need cleared today so I got lucky.

Anyone know where I can get a pair of ag tires for cheap?  they can be used but with some good life left in them.  they are talking about putting in a huge garden in our neighborhood and i want to find a plow and some tires to see how the 317 will do plowing.  also what should a guy expect to pay for a tiller for this machine?

thanks for all the help in advance.

Well after being out of commission for a few weeks as my wife and I welcomed our 3rd boy into the world and now I am back on the hunt for 317 attachements and think I found one.  Guy is wanting $150 for it.  What items should I be looking for that go bad on these things?  He sent me the attached picture of the tiller.

You will need the drive unit that bolts to the hydro and extends out the back.  Is the lift arm there?

Well I think that Trav1s said the temps fell around here and we got a bit of snow and he was right.  This was some wet junk too.  Without the chains I would have been up the creek.

Last nights plow

Cub Cadet made Super GTs, so did Allis and Simplicity, Bolens made a couple I would put in that class, a Massey 1855 can run with those units, there's a bunch. Are we talking size/weight comparison, or capability? And do you want to stick with GT's? If you're going to compare a 430 to another brand, might as well start throwing in SCUTs. Because a used SCUT can be found cheaper than a 430, and has more features that makes it useful for more chores.

I am looking more at size and sticking with a GT if that narrows it down at all.  so maybe we say in the same size/weight as the 400 or 420.
