Just seen that Andy Rooney has passed on. Sure gonna miss his sarcastic commentaries. I enjoyed them very much. He'll be missed by many!

I just read this on the cbs site a few minutes ago and was about to post a thread....

I will definitely miss him, I looked forward to seeing him every Sunday on 60 minutes.

I didn't always agree with Andy, but I tried to never miss his spots. His wit was razor sharp and made you think, laugh, get frustrated, with him. Sometimes all at once.

I will miss him, RIP Andy.

He wanted to work until he died and pretty much got his wish. He retired from 60 minutes about a month ago but intended to keep working. Truly a great and dedicated journalist.
