Thanks every one for the thoughts and prayers, they are very appreciated.

Last night around 9pm my mom got a call that my grandmother went off on a few people at the hospital. My mom trying to figure out what was going on found that the doctors said it would be that night or today that my great grandmother would pass away. Less than an hour ago, she passed away, my grandmother and her brother and others at her bedside. She was a fighter until the end, she made it to be 93yrs old, less than a month from being 94. I'm told she went out peacefully.

Around the same time, the skies here on the farm went from a dark nasty grey, to a bright, open, sunny, shining display. I didn't think anything of it until now, but I don't think it's a coincidence that the skies cleared up for a half hour, than returned to it's nasty grey, windiness.

Tomorrow night me and my mom are taking my truck back to the cities. I don't know why we brought it, we all decided against it as for saving some money by using less gas y using one vehicle. But now if we did not have it we would be stuck here at the farm.

Thank you all for the prayers and kind thoughts, they are very appreciated.

Sorry to hear of your loss. If she went peacefully then that in itself is a blessing. Stay strong, as you have been throughout this ordeal.

Sorry for your loss, Bill. Glad she went peacefully, as did Terry. Must have been a very determined lady to make it to that age.
That is odd about the sky.

I know it's a hurting loss, but for your Great Gramma it is a gain. She's gone off to higher ground, and you will all meet again. Yeah, I'm a redneck farmer, tractor loving country boy, but I have my faith. Cling to yours during this time Bill.

Thanks every one. I'm going home tonight to help with things against my better judgement. I warned them though, I' not going to stick around should they try to drag me into their fighting.

You have my deepest sympathy Bill! You have shown a lot of depth of character through this ordeal and I know that you'll come out OK in the end. now that she's in a better place and that the fighting will not bother her any more! We'll keep you in our prayers here and hope for the best turnout possible. Being her pallbearer is a great honor and I'm sure that would make her smile! May God bless you and your family in this difficult time!

thanks every one.

Everything went fine, except me and my mum ended up food poisoned by mcdonalds. Every one even got along! which is a huge surprise.

mcdonalds will hear from me though, I'm still suffering from it.

I also need to go rug shopping with my mum, during the mass stomach evacuations of the lunch monkeys the one we had became... well.... you could try washing it but you could probably never remove the stains or smell.
