That looks like a really nice cab.I'am kinda curious to see how you seal the front area around the hood and foot pedals. The doors off the jeep sound like a good idea to draw a plan from.Just make them bigger to fit the cab and more material.Larry

They sort of canvas with thin, flimsy plastic windows. The rear window is also made the same way,but the windshield is safety glass.

How about 3/8" plywood with 1" angle iron stiffeners run horizontally on the outside. 3 Lift off hinges on the back vertical face.
Make sure hinges are set back far enough so doors can be lifted off. The drip lip on the top may have to be extended a bit to cover
the door thickness +. 2 lexan windows per door, glued in place with PL400 adhesive, or bolted/trimmed out. You could use canvas
and stick on velcro to seal (sort of) around the engine cowl. Just a couple ideas.

The 1855 i bought last winter had the same cab on it. One of the previous owners made doors out of plywood with plexiglass windows. He made the front enclosed also with plywood.

what brand cab is it you have? As I have one but it is simply to big for the 1855. By that its 4-6 inches to wide and long. It may go up for sale in the spring if I can find something closer in size to what goes on a 16/1855

Very Nice cab. That will be cosy when you're dealing with snow this winter.
