Good luck to everyone affected by this storm, especially those without power.

I am at work now but we did manage to get power this morning at 3am. The electric chicken dance we did last night must have paid off. I hope everyone gets their power back asap because that aint fun. Our cable is out so we don't have internet at the house but I can live with that as opposed to not having electric. I am ready for a full nights sleep though.

Good to hear that, George. At least you are on the road to normal.

Hey Gang Good Luck with the power outages.
Spoke to a couple of friends down in Lancaster PA area yesterday about 6:00pm and they were still waiting
Kinda puts new meaning to the old phrase " Keep the Home Fires Burning "

Take Care
Chappy

Glad to hear the wires are starting to get put back together.

I looked several times for the link in your post, but can't find it.
I assume you took a video of the Electric Chicken Dance...

Good news George. There were some areas of Nova Scotia that were still out today as well. It is a real pain to be without power, especially if you need a pump for your water.

Hope you all get your power back soon. Stay warm if it is still off.

It shows how dependent we are on the grid. I would like to get off the grid, but that is pricey.
