About a year ago, I signed up for a video blog at Welder World. Some of the stuff is pretty mundane, or way beyond my abilities or equipment, but this video is something worth watching. Ive never heard of Regulator Burn Out and it sounds like a safety concern worthy of people knowing about.

Thank you for posting this.
I've used a torch all my life but only as a hobbyist and I've never known about the risk of a regulator burn out.
I did know enough to not be facing the regulator just in case it should blow apart from the tank pressure.
My older brother taught me to relieve the pressure from the torch after the tanks were shut off but I've never backed off the adjustment valve screw.

So at least I've been doing part of it right.
