so my buddy was at my house helping me get parts off the old kohler from out of the ht20. and he saw my mac socket set i got for 5 bucks. they were worse for wear and i planned to send them back to mac soon for new ones. he offered me a moldboard plow and a set of decent turf tires for them, i couldnt resist. so he threw the plow and tires in his civic and brought them over. the plow is a 12" plow and it doesnt look like its for sleeve hitch but im not sure. i put pics up of the plow and motor. i got nowhere today on the motor, maybe 1 bolt out lol. but anyway heres the pics. now i just gotta get the kubota in the bolens for winter, if only the price of steel plate wasnt so high.007.jpg

J.
It must be the perspective, but that sure looks like <12"... anyways, nice plow and motor. the plow looks a lot like some of the Sprinfield stuff I was looking at once upon a time... KC will be able to set me right on that, he's got them committed to memory :D

well i measured 6. but i noticed stamped into the blade is some letters around the number 8. so its probably an 8 inch plow. the letters were un readable to my ever worsening eye sight. so i sprayed some black paint on em and in an hour ill sand the paint off the surface and the letters should still be black. but upon closer inspection it doesnt seem to be too beat up, no bends or mends. so when the paint dries ill tell you all what the letters are.

If it started life as an 8" plow, but the measurement came out 6", then 6" is all it will plow.

Could take a little closer pic of the hitch end of things? That would really help. It kinds looks like it's a very proprietary type hitch, but from what I can tell, I wouldn't say it's a sleeve hitch.
