Not much change, it's got a little more white between the black and the cuticle. Still hurts when he uses it tho.

I missed the thread as well somehow. I feel his pain, about 5 years ago I crushed my pointer and middle finger on my right hand under a fork of a lift at work that hads a full unit of 12 sheetrock on it. Middle finger had stitches cause the skin split open from the pressure and the pointer finger broke the tip of the bone. That nail now grows with a groovwe in it right where the bone broke and my finger is all twisted from it. I call it my "Witches" finger. It also hurts due to nerve damage this time of year as the weather gets cold. Hope he heals up well.

OUCH!!!!! I did the same thing when i was a kid stacking firewood.But mine was a concrete block wall and a oak log.And as my nail did tell him to say goodbye to it.
