The mower is propelled by a rear mount, chain driven, rubber laminated drum. Steering is done with a handle bar lever device, not a steering wheel. The deck is one piece cast aluminum. The seat appears to be fiberglass and the engine IS missing.

That's a bit steep for the condition and missing the 3.5hp Clinton motor.

I've found that when the motor is missing, usually there are some fiddly pieces missing that will make restoration difficult.
