Well it took some time but i have added the backhoe and loader.I took the attachments off the ht20 around a year and a half ago when i gave it to my FIL so they have been sitting.I was going to put them on the HT23 but never got around to it.When i picked up the diesel i decided they would go on it.I started this last month but just got the time in the last week to do it.There was a few things that had to be changed as the pump was mounted to the loader on the ht20 and could not be ran there on the diesel. So a new mount was made to mount it on the pto under the tractor.A new shaft to run it off the pto had to be made don't laugh at the weld as the welder was acting up but it works. There is a few things left to do as i need to make a new muffler for it when i get time and a few other things need addresed like a leak in one of the backhoes control levers. But at least i can use it again :dancingbanana:

That's quite a set-up! How do you actually use the backhoe? Does the seat spin towards the back?

Seriously, that's a sweet looking setup.

<sigh> SO many Bolens goodies, and so few funds :mecry:

That's some nice attachments you got there. Been looking for a FEL for a while for either my PK or Bolens. Sure would be handy. Is the tractor heavy enough to make it worthwhile to dig with the backhoe?

Great news Bob, glad somebody out there has a few minutes to do the things they want to.
It looks at home there.

Isn't it amazing how much you miss tools once they aren't working? May not need it for 3 years, but take it out of commission and your brain goes into overdrive trying to find ways you could use it.
