Sometimes those can turn out to be the best find's. I'd probably bug the guy till he got sick of me and say's just take the thing! Remember it's a wheel horse....Just gotta have it.Good luck

All I can say is if you don't want to knock on his door, then just wait for him to come out side and strike up a conversation about the weather or something. Then inquire about the tractor, all he can say is no.

I say if you want it just go for it. Half the time people want it gone but don't ever get around to it,also there happy to have that extra space in the garage once it's gone

I know of a 147 Cub Cadet thats been sitting in the EXACT same spot for at least 4 years now about two miles from my house. Problem is that there is never any cars around when I'm off work. Usually when I see the cars is when I go by in the work truck trying to get to a delivery somewhere and don't have time to stop. I just need to stop one of these days as I'd REALLY like to have the thing!

Nutcase has the right idea, i know a guy that wheels and deals ,and thats how he gets most of the bolens he gets. He always told me he keeps 100 dollars in his wallet to make the offer, cash talks pretty loud ! he said you never want to have to leave and come back with the money, gives them time to think about it.

When you go to his house with your work truck, and he lets you have the tractor, load it up and if your boss catches you just tell him, gotta go,i'm on the clock, have to make this delivery. There everbody's happy and you got yourself a nice tractor!

So that's who's been rustling around in my bushes?

Just kidding. If you don't have any luck stopping in (at work, not home, etc), you could try googling by address. May give you a hit on the telephone #. If all else fails.. US Mail.
