Found a David Bradley and brought it home,so now i have a couple questions for yas.Not familiar with the oil bath cleaner, how full should it be and what type of oil, should i use. This tractor i was told has no spark but the coil ,points , and condensor have been changed, what else should i try.I haven't had the fly wheel off yet. It's a 1953 super 2 wheel thanks.

Congratulations on your new DB

The air cleaner should have a fill line on the outside somewhere...

The same engine oil as in the crankcase will do fine. Yep, there will be a line to go by.

Very cool, which super power is it ? model no.? does it have the briggs model 6 with the mechanical governor ?, model and serial no. please, something must really be off if everything was changed with no joy, best thing to do i think is to yank the flywheel and have a look inside,

I have pictures coming probably tomorrow,so the numbers i found, one tag reads model # 500 . 108022 serial 319560 and the other tag reads model# 91757560 series238 or 288. but i'm pretty sure it's 238. I have no idea what thease numbers are so i'm hoping the david bradley experts here can tell me.

well some of the number tell us you have a mid to later model 560 super power. the engine numbers tell me its a model 6(dont have my list so i dont know the date off my head). Gues i never thought it hard to get a David Bradley, they seem to fall from trees around here.
