His vision has impacted how we all communicate. Both the personal computer and the telephone. Some of his changes impacted the way employers treat people and benefits...this guy was a visionary and will be missed...He truly made a difference. Orphaned as a child...he became the CEO/founder of the richest company on earth...Wow!

Such a sad day. RIP Steve Jobs - a true innovator

The list of innovators from my childhood is starting to shrink.
We will miss your foresight and implementation skills, Mr. Jobs.
Rest In Peace.

That is sad. I had always been a PC guy until a couple of years ago when I decided to take a chance and try something different. I am happy with the Apple products I use and am grateful that there is a choice for those who want something different. His vision was behind many of Apples successful products and I am sure it will be missed.

So do all of US STOCKHOLDERS...LOL I've been an owner of Apple stock since early 90's :-) < I am sure you know why I am smiling...

But the reality is His Macintosh was the first GUI, His Ipod revolutionized Music, His Iphone set the standard for smart phones, his approach to business changed many companies (he believed in treating people with dignity and that an employer was more than just a place to earn a check<as soon as I found that little fact out...I invested in them...), and to provide 'real' meaningful products to customers !

Steve was and is a true technological innovator, and I am sure he has some real smart dudes workin at Apple to pick up where he left off...
