Thanks Sergeant that's good info. to know. I couldn't quite remember how much the 45 could lift. I considered one when I had the x475. The dealer was offering me one at a great price but I decided to go to a bigger tractor. The factory designed loaders serve as a good design limit guide for those DIY ing a loader. I cringe when people talk about their small GT's being able to lift huge weights. Trying to transport 1500 lbs with a x700 series tractor would be very dangerous IMO.

Well as Long as there at transport height 36inchs and Have enough Ballast they should be fine:thumbs: But I would only shim mine so I could Lift 1000Lbs Max If I did it to my Loader

Kwik-way was the Only aftermarket company that produced a Loader for Case 400 & Ingersoll 4000 series I thought the 600 series came standard with Loaders?

600 series are equipped with loaders. I may have mis-understood-thought you wanted suggestions for a loader.

A Jd 100 series doesnt have the frame, front or rear axles to lift more than a couple hundred pounds reliably. Not a bad tractor, its just wasnt designed for it. If youre going to take the time to build a loader buy a Bolens large frame or a Massey 1655/1855 or better a Case 644/646/648

Wasn't me I have 2 Loaders Myself already one my Deere X485 and a Kwik-way Loader on my White GT2055 BTW the Loader on the White will also work on a Case 400 or a Ingersoll 4000 series with a different Frame and Pump set Up:thumbs:
