Guys,
Has anybody seen were the muffler should be placed? I am making a tube exhaust system but want to keep it in the spirit of the original muffler location for looks and so I can use the deck also. I looked at all the pictures I can find and they don't show that side. Its the 1959 25" rider.

Thanks for any help in advance
John

I have a manual for your rider and I will post a pic of the exhaust later, which went down through the chassis and I think out the back, but will check before I say for sure.

I found this picture online. Do you think this is the muffler?

WVbuzzmaster,
Thanks for the offer but I couldn't wait anymore. I wanted to show it in the Pioneer Farm Days tractor show this weekend.
Here is were it looked like it had to be and what I came up with. It worked out great.
Thanks again,
John

Fair enough John, I hadn't dug the manuals out of my room yet. I had them boxed up and behind a bunch of stuff. I have to say, you did very well with it. And that looks like where it should be anyhow.
