About 4 months ago my wife started doing the Coupon thing after the 2 of us watching a series on Couponing on TV. She has been doing very well, saving us 50 to sometimes 70% at the Grocery store and other stores she frequents. I met her at Walmart to pick up a few things, she gave me 10 Coupons and told me to get 10 tubes of toothpaste. This will last us maybe 6 months, I got the tooth paste and did as she told me, went to the check out lane. The lady at the cash register started running my stuff through, then ran the Coupons and hit the Total button. I almost fell on the floor, Walmart OWED me 30 cents back. I did not give her any money and she gave me 30 cents back. All I can say, IS THAT NEAT OR WHAT ??? I would have never believed it if I hadn't done it myself. She only buys stuff that we need and use...

The one's I used were from SmartSource 9-11, but she used some on-line coupons for other things she got. She ended up with about $70.00 worth of stuff for $3.29 Total. I have to say that she has got this coupon thing figured out...

Way To Go Honey!!!!!

Can I buy that other tractor now with the money you saved us?:D

I guess it can make a huge difference. My Daughter is a true believer and my Wife does it for fun. Congratulations on the resourceful Wife.

That's awesome. My wife has been couponing since the spring, she isn't extreme about it, and only buys stuff we would be buying anyway. Every Sunday I have to go buy her 3 papers. Ad matching is another good way to save, walmart here will match the price from stores up to 50 miles away.

Chuck, That's what she does, only buys stuff we need and use. Most all the stores she shops will price match. None of our store do double or triple value , does your stores up there?

Our kroger will double a coupon up to $0.50. Around here in our small town there are a lot of couponers so its tough to get the really good deals unless you can be organized enough to go sunday afternoon.

Joey, my wife spends about 20 to sometimes 30 hours a week working all out. We stop by the stores a few different through the week, but we live close to town and go right past most of them to and from work. She saves us a lot of money, we used to spend about $150.00 a week and didn't get a lot of good nutritional foods. Now she still spends about the same money each week, but brings home 2 to 3 times the food, and it's a better quality food. I told her thats just like getting a Pay Check every week !!
