My primay interest would be a sickle mower to harvest clover hay for mulch and it does not have it. It apears in good shape, I'm just not ready to jump yet.
But it was the only two wheeler I found on Craiglist in a while.

Uh, oh my god yes it is, that tractor would be worth $600 here with the implements, it has the compleat briggs model 6 and comes with a 2nd tractor running gear, so...yeh, i would have bought it if not sent someone after it with the money already,
Lauber1 might have a spare sickle bar unit for it and your closer to him then me,

i have a couple of mower units, front blades, a disc, and probally some vators. I could probally put together a whole tractor if i had to. There easy to find out here. his price isnt out of line but i'd like to see it cheaper, say around $200.

I agree with the $200 being a good fair price for the buyer and seller alike. IF thats the original paint, its too nice to ever be restored or painted. It should be cleaned and preserved only. Good luck with whatever you decide.

I'm not in a position to buy, right now. But was trying to get an idea what they were selling for, which is why I started looking.
Now that I'm back on an acreage, I'm regretting selling the Wards I had for a mere $25.00 10 yrs ago with about the same equipment and a sickle bar mower and a rotary.
This is a nice looking machine and I was guessing it's value around $150-200 since it had not run in 6 yrs.

I have a few acres of white clover and a marshy area along a creek I want to cut the vegitation off and dry out next summer.
