Plow day is cancelled because of wet fields. Going to try Nov 12.

I am off that day, but gotta wait & see how things go. Fred may not be off "on call", and it gets expensive going solo that far.

Fred (Meangreen) is NOT on standby work call on the 12th, so if the weather finally cooperates he & I will still be making a trip to New Harmony to plow! Sure wish Chuck could make that day, but he has other things on his plate that weekend.

I would have to think we will be plowing Saturday. There were some storms through New Harmony last night, but not that much by what the National Weather Service data shows. Besides, plenty of time for things to settle before then. I have a few little things to get ready, but I'll be there if there is a plow day!

I feel a little better after closing the door & having a good cry. LOL Seriously though, I am SO disappointed! Been trying to make a plow day all Fall & Mother Nature has ruined every single chance! Looks like I will be forced to put one on myself next Fall if at all possible. My land isn't the flattest, and pulls hard in places, but this getting rained out every time is getting on my nerves. I figure if I get everything ready, then I can keep on scheduling one until weather allows plowing. I'll be putting some thought into this.

I'll drive down for your plowday.

Well it looks like we won't get to have plow day this year. Over 2 inches of rain this week ,and going to rain again Sat . We will try next year.

Yep, figured it was a no-go for the season. Not meant for many of us to plow this go round. :-(
